Sweet Dream Torte

1 8oz package cream cheese
1 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1oz square unsweetened chocolate, melted
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 10 3/4 frozen pound cake, thawed

Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla mixing
well.
Blend in chocolate. Beat cream until soft peaks form.
Gradually add remaining sugar and beat until stiff
peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Split
cake into 3 layers. Spread each layer with cream
cheese mixture. Frost sides and top. Chill.
