Shrimp Quiche

2 tablespoons minced shallots
3 tabalespoons butter
1/4 pound shrimp or meat
2 tablespoons white wine
pastry shell
3 eggs
1 cup cream
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 cup swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Cook shallots in butter until tender. Add meat and
stir for 2 minutes.
Beat eggs, cream, wine, and seasonings. Blend in fish
or meat, add cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
