Porcupines

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup raw rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup water
3 8 ounce cans tomate sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Mix beef, onion, rice, and seasonings. Form
into small balls. Fry in hot oil turning often 
until brown. Add tomato sauce and water.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
