No Peek Chicken This is a great receipe that's easy to make and is terrific for leftovers and as a bring-to-work lunch to heat up in a microwave. 1 cup uncooked rice 1 can 10 3/4 ounce cream of mushroom soup 1 can 10 3/4 ounce cream of celery soup 1 envelope onion soup mix from a 2 ounce box 1 soup can cold water 1 garlic clove crushed 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1 chicken 3 1/2 to 4 pounds cut into 8 pieces paprika for sprinkling Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 9 x 13 baking pan and set aside. In a large bowl mix together the rice, soups, water, garlic, parsley and worcestershire sauce. Pour the mixture into the pan. Press the chicken into the mixture. Sprinkle with paprika, cover tightly with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours. Do not open the cover during baking!
