Lemonade

2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup fresh lemon juice

Heat water at low temperature in a pot adding the sugar
and stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved. 
Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Cool and pour 
into a jar and refrigerate.

 To serve, add 2 tablespoons of the syrup to 3/4 cup
 cold water. Makes 20 servings
