Hershey Hot Cocoa........from Hershey Hot Cocca Can

1 Serving 

1 heaping teaspoon cocoa
2 heaping teaspoons sugar
Dash salt(optional)
2 teaspoons milk

Stir the above til smoooth.

Add 1 cup milk and stir till hot.
