Bean Dip
1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion divded
1/2 cup catsup
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 16 ounce can refried beans
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 cup shredded sharp
cheddar cheese
Brown beef and 1/2 cup onions. Stir
in catsup and chili powder. Add beans
and simmer 5 minutes. Spread mixture in
shallow casserole.
Top with 1/2 cup onions, olives, and cheese.
Bake at 350 until hot and cheese melts.
Serve with tortilla chips.
